A new concept of ecological tourism; providing service infrastructure in agreement with the demands of the international tourism but at the same time prioritizing the care and conservation of the National Heritage of Humanity (UNESCO).
From July of 2001 the visitors can enjoy the secure and modern catwalks that go over the falls on the upper, lower and garganta circuit, as well as a magnificent Ecological Train, that penetrates into the forest in order to transport the tourist to the various trails and paths.

This initiative was taken by the National Park Administration and the business collective, Carlos Enriquez S.A. y Otros UTE, who accepted the challenge of restructuring the facilities of the park in order that visitors of the whole world can enjoy the splendour and beauty of the almost 300 waterfalls which make up Iguassu Falls.
The work, begun the 22 of July, 2001, demanded an investment of more than 20 million US dollars and extended across a surface larger than 98 acres.
