TERMS OF SERVICE

The ticket for the Full Moon Walk includes:
• Participation in the night walk within the Superior Circuit of the Falls Area.
• English-Spanish Professional Guide.
• Transport in the ecological train of the jungle.

Check-in times at the entrance to the Falls Area:
These are the opening hours of the check-in. This process closes 15 minutes later and is mandatory before starting the Tour.
• 1st shift: 7:45 p.m.
• 2nd shift: 8:30 p.m.
• 3rd shift: 9:15 p.m.

Rates DO NOT include:
• Transfer between the city and the Falls Area.
• Discount benefit for 2nd day.
• Photography service*

*The service of photographers during the night is not the responsibility of Iguazú Argentina.


IMPORTANT

• To access the Full Moon Walk, you must purchase tickets in advance at iguazuargentina.com. Among the data, the visitor must leave a personal email and with the same email must make the payment. After the payment, you will receive the payment confirmation. The e-mail will be the only way of communication between the tour organizers and the visitor.
• Carrying out the Tours is subject to weather conditions. They may be canceled the same afternoon or night scheduled for their realization, if the security conditions are not optimal. The lack of visibility is not a cancellation factor if it allows transit through the walkways.
• The cancellation information can be communicated up to 1:30 hours before the check-in of the tour and will be sent by the email with which the purchase was made. The cancellation may also occur even when the visitor has arrived at the Falls Area, at the time of boarding the train to the Superior Circuit.
• In case of cancellation, the Tour may be rescheduled to another night depending on availability or the visitor may request a refund. The rescheduling of the tour is not automatic, the visitor must request it by replying to the email that informs said cancellation. The refund request must be made within 15 days after the date of the Tour by email, to reservas@iguazuargentina.com
• The refund will be made in the same means of payment used for the purchase of the Tour. This condition is determined by Mercado Pago and is external to Concesionaria Iguazú Argentina S.A.
• For security reasons, it is not allowed to take pictures with flash during the Tour.
• It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
• On some nights, visitors can get damp from the mist from the jump, so we recommend wearing a jacket or windbreaker.
• Full Moon Walks are not water excursions.

Clarifications: the cancellation by the visitor for private reasons does not obtain a refund if it is not made 48 hours before the date of the reserved tour. In the event of the cancellation of the tour for climatic reasons, a 100% refund corresponds, in the same means of payment used for the purchase. The cancellation of the service does not produce the reimbursement in any circumstance of the transportation expenses to and from the Cataratas Area.

7:45 p.m. / dinner at the end of the tour.
